encompasses six rooms equipped and prepared for your event. We'll also arrange all of your catering needs!

FURNISHINGS
All room rental fees include basic set up. Additional technical assistance is available.
Rooms come standard with a set up of the following:
- Round tables (5' and 6')
- Rectangular tables 2x6 and 2x8
- Cushioned chairs
- Dry erase board & markers (A & B room 12' x 4') (C, D & E room 10' x 4')
- Projection screen (A & B 84" x 84") (C, D & E 69" x 69")
- Microphone input - Rooms are equipped with three microphone input jacks, ceiling mount speakers and volume control
Additional services and equipment:
- Portable media cart (Projector, DVD/CD/Cassette) $50.00
- Multi-media presentation lectern w/SMART Board technology $100.00
- TV/VCR/DVD combo cart $50.00
- Deluxe lectern $40.00
- Tabletop lectern $25.00
- Wired handheld microphone w/stand $15.00
- Wireless handheld microphone w/stand $25.00

Additional technical assistance (including additional set up) is available for $30.00 per hour with a
four hour minimum and advanced notice.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
- Custodial services can be provided during the event for an additional fee of $20.00 per custodian per hour
- P/A system with wired microphone/stand and loudspeakers $150.00
- P/A system with wireless microphone or lavaliere microphone and loudspeakers $200.00
- Deluxe lectern $40.00
- Adjustable choral risers $30.00/sec
Proof of Liability insurance is required. Liability Insurance shall be purchased from SJRCC (rate determined per event)
For security reasons, access to the main stage theater is prohibited.
Please contact the THCA conference staff for specific details on lobby rentals.
Lessees are required to use one of the caterers that have been qualified and approved by SJRCC.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your room rental fee or $200.00, whichever is less, is required to hold your reservation. The balance of all fees is due prior to your event. Proof of insurance is required for rental.

CATERING
Only approved caterers will be permitted to cater any event scheduled at the THCA.
Approved caters have been pre-qualified by SJRCC. Caterers will maintain proper insurance coverage as required by law.
