Current Exhibit

The First Coast Pastel Society is based in northeast Florida, covering Jacksonville,  St. Augustine and beyond to Palm Coast and other areas of Florida and Georgia. The Society was formed by artist, Lyn Asselta in January of 2012 as a non-profit organization.

Membership to the organization provides an opportunity to exhibit your pastel paintings, attend educational activities such as workshops, demonstrations, critiques, plein air events as well as fellowship with other like minded artists.

Their General Meetings are held every other month from January to June. Our first meeting of the season is held on the first Saturday in September, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at:
Christs Church, 400 San Juan Drive, Ponte Vedra Beach.

The gallery is open to the public M-Fr 10 am - 2 pm. Exhibit closed June 28, 2026.

Submit application

We’re pleased to support local and upcoming artists by inviting exhibition proposals. Our expansive facility hosts events of all kinds, from concerts and plays to corporate meetings and expos, with thousands of guests and visitors in attendance. This offers a unique opportunity to have your work viewed by very diverse audiences.

Artists are invited to send us their portfolio and a short bio to guestservices@thcenter.org
